Rooms will be booked for participants at the conference hotel.

Rooms are available for $129/night through Duke. The hotel is adjacent to campus and provides a shuttle to local destinations during work hours.

Airport

The closest airport is Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) - approximately 20 minutes away from Duke. RDU is situated in the middle of the triangle of Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill.

Transportation from Airport to Hotel

The hotel does not have a shuttle. Here are some options.

• Taxi - about $40. (fast)
• SuperShuttle shared-ride van service - $20
• Bus - about $2. (takes much longer depending on schedule)

  There is a TTA bus (Triangle Transit Authority Bus). See Maps and Schedules . Click on Bus and Shuttle, Map and Schedules.

  Take the Shuttle from RDU to the RTP station, and then take the bus from RTP to Durham. Get off at the Duke Hospital station and you are about one short block from the hotel.
