  • Shuttle: We will provide a shuttle from the hotel to the workshop. The shuttle will leave at the following times:
    • Thursday, 7/8 at 8:15am: Shuttle leaves Washington Duke Inn for workshop
    • Thursday, 7/8 at 5:30pm: Shuttle leaves the LSRC for the Washington Duke Inn
    • Thursday, 7/8 at 6:45pm: Shuttle leaves the Washington Duke Inn for Pop's Restaurant
    • Thursday, 7/8 at 9:00pm: Shuttle leaves Pop's Restaurant for the Washington Duke Inn
    • Friday, 7/9 at 8:15am: Shuttle leaves Washington Duke Inn for workshop
    You can also ask the hotel to give you a ride on their shuttle to the Levine Science Research Center (LSRC) on Duke's West Campus. The shuttle will take you anywhere on campus during normal business hours

  • Walking: Alternatively, you can walk across campus. It should take approximately 15 minutes.

    Walk out to the entrance of the Washington Duke Inn to the traffic light. Proceed across intersection with Cameron Blvd. to Science Drive Continue on Science Drive until it ends in a circle Go down the stairs to the LSRC Walk to the end of the LSRC to the Department of Computer Science (D-Wing)

  Parking and Parking Passes

  TO PICK UP PARKING PASS: From Erwin Road. Turn onto Research Drive towards Duke. Go through the circle and keep going straight. The first building on your right (red brick) is the North Building. Take the next right (between the North Building and the LSRC building). Drive down to the circle and turn around, then drive straight to pickup your parking pass. Someone will be standing on the sidewalk between the North Building and the LSRC building shown on the map below. Once you get your hangtag, put it on your rearview mirror and drive to the Circuit Drive Parking lot. Each pass is good for one day.
